Four-course dining option is currently offered at $50 per person, and is also inclusive of coffee or tea beverage selection. Entrée selections are limited in number and predetermined in advance by your selection and also subject to seasonal availability.

Hors d’oeuvres are available and priced separately.

$50 per person for four-course dining is not inclusive of a 20% pre-tax service (gratuity) charge and applicable taxes.

First Course:

~ Maine lobster bisque

Second Course:
~ Field greens garden salad with salata ricotta and raspberry vinaigrette

Entrée Course (choose two):
~ Grilled filet of Chesapeake Rockfish with sauté of shiitake in sauce Diane topped with broiled shrimp and jumbo lump crab meat
~ Louisiana Fish Market - Blackened Redfish with a sautéed Crab Cake and Crawfish Étouffée
~ Norway farmed Atlantic Salmon topped with Béarnaise and jumbo lump crab meat
~ Prime Filet Mignon of Angus Beef with bacon redeye cream
~ Blackened Redfish with chili-ginger garlic sauce, accompanied by fried or sautéed shrimp
~ Creole Combination of pan fried Virginia Flounder Amandine with jumbo lump crab meat
~ Grilled Filet of Carolina Grouper on caramelized vidalia onions, with tomato coulis and warm sherry vinaigrette
~ Roasted ½ young Ducking with a sweet and tangy jazz apple-pear chutney
~ Soft Shell Crabs (in season) accompanied by corn maque choux and fried green tomatoes

Dessert Course (choose one):
~ Chocolate ganache Napoleon pastry with créme anglaise
~ New Orleans style Bread Pudding with bourbon sauce
